VoiceBuild monitors public sources—forums, city council minutes, licensed news outlets, and community channels. When patterns emerge, the system creates an Insight Card. You can also submit comments directly through the platform.

What is the minimum score to be eligible?

Any Insight Card scoring 55 or higher on the Civic Innovator's Rubric is VoiceBuild Eligible. Scores reflect actionability, evidence, feasibility, and constructiveness. The rubric is transparent.

How do payouts work?

VoiceBuild uses a dual pool architecture: Development pools (for built environment outcomes) take priority over Product pools (for platform features). When pools are activated and features ship, credited contributors receive their share.

What is a Feature Value Pool?

Accepted Answer

A Feature Value Pool allocates value back to contributors when features create impact. Development Value Pools credit built-environment outcomes funded by institutions (B2B); Product Value Pools credit platform features. Accountable cuts share value across visionary (25%), community insight (35%), builders (25%), and platform (15%). Development attribution is evaluated first; an insight can earn in both.
