• Archetype systems, scoring models, and matching algorithms
• Whitepapers, case-study analyses, and downloadable research artifacts we publish
• Product names Pathway Discernment, Stewardship Clock, and Voice Build as used herein
• Source code, schemas, and API designs of the Character Developer platform

Trademark usage is governed by our Trademark Notice.

Creators retain ownership of content they upload. By publishing, they grant Modern Ancients the license described in the Terms of Service and any additional license selected at publish time (Creative Commons, commercial, Traditional Knowledge, or community-restricted).

To report infringement, use our DMCA Policy.

• Copying, scraping, or bulk-exporting proprietary frameworks, specs, or whitepapers for competitive use
• Training machine-learning models on Character Developer proprietary content without written consent
• Removing copyright, trademark, or attribution notices
• Republishing platform UI, design tokens, or Civic Clarity specs as your own design system
• Circumventing access controls, geofencing, or cultural-restriction flags on sensitive content
