Contributor License Agreement

Character Developer is proprietary software owned by Modern Ancients. To accept external contributions while keeping ownership clear, contributors must agree to this CLA before a pull request or design contribution is merged.

You grant Modern Ancients a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, prepare derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute your contribution, and you assign to Modern Ancients all right, title, and interest in the contribution to the maximum extent permitted by law (or, where assignment is ineffective, an exclusive license of equivalent scope).

You retain moral rights to the extent non-waivable, and may continue to use your contribution in other projects so long as you do not disclose Modern Ancients confidential information.

• You are legally entitled to grant the above rights
• Your contribution is your original work, or you have rights to submit it
• Your contribution does not knowingly infringe third-party IP
• Employer contributions require employer authorization consistent with this CLA
