Place intelligence is the wedge. Civic stewards and impact developers are the customer. Compounding decision intelligence across generations is the destination.
Market
Legacy cities and Sun Belt growth corridors face the same failure mode: fragmented place decisions, lost institutional memory, and public comment that never becomes attributable evidence.
Enterprises purchase reduced uncertainty — governance, coalition intelligence, scenario quality — not dashboards. The demand network (participants) and supply network (institutions) compound each other.
Beachhead
